I looked there, but I couldn’t find the one from the OP.
www.zazzle.com or www.teespring.com or any number of print-on-demand sites. costs a few bucks more but you can upload a graphic and long as it's for private use, not public distribution, they will do a full color digital print for a phone case, tee shirt, recyclable shopping bag etc.
great ways to get one-off items for 2 or 3 bucks more than licensed distribution (not taking anything from the NFL... people who do a solo print and ship are uploading their gear and not selling it to others) but good stuff. I have a few Radio Riff zazzle print tees in my concert rotations
