It's literally the name of the city. Phileo means "brotherly love" and adelphos means "brother". It's hard to explain, because we only have one word for love (love), but Greek has four.
But yeah, not a huge fan of that city (or really large cities in general).
I always felt that Philly was one place I wouldn't want to go to a Vikings road game. Their fans just seems like assholes.

I won't claim to know Greek, so with words like phileo and adelphos I would have guessed it meant something closer to "brotherly fellatio." ;)
