Pete Carroll Denies Reports He May Retire After Seahawks Season

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll was rumored to be considering retirement after the 2017 season, but he has denied the reports. 
As seen in the following video courtesy of Fox Sports: NFL, Jay Glazer said Carroll "may or may not" decide to retire this offseason:

I have said many times things  go bad he will bail  I bet he has a lucrative deal already waiting for him in college  type guy he is

Wait what? Pete Carroll is the Seahawk's coach?  Why do they keep showing Bea Arthur on the sidelines, then?
