I'm really hoping that Shurmur was so poisoned by his time in Cleveland that he thinks twice about becoming a HC again...give him the Asst HC title, more dough, more say in personnel, 7 minutes in heaven was his 2 favorite cheerleaders...YOU CAN'T GO, ALL THE PLANTS WILL DIE! TALK ABOUT MASSIVE POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH!
