I didn't realize that Sirles is our largest O Lineman at 6'6" and 315 pounds. Now that he is our starter, I'm looking forward to
see what he can do to open up holes on the left side in the running game, especially since Murray needs to run inside to be
effective. Did anyone have access to game tape vs. the Packers to evaluate how he did after Easton went out?

Our left side sucked on Saturday. There's a reason Sirles isn't a starter.

Everybody on the lines sucked on Saturday,  based on the results of playing In  cold weather on a sloppy field nobody should be a starter.

Sirles is a good depth player, but not an ideal starter. Unfortunately, no team makes it this deep into the season unscathed, though I do hate that Easton got hurt on that poor playing surface. The OL has definitely been better this season, but they've still had to shuffle things around a lot due to injuries and it should continue to be a focus in the draft.

I would like to see the Vikings take another OG or OT early in the draft, but at first glance, the pickings are mighty slim at both positions.

Isidora  has shown promise and its the first time i have given any thought to Boone being released.  If Sirles can't step up or be planned for then I'll get worried.  This team can overcome loosing a guard, good teams do.  The field sucked last week, from here on out good fields and conditions.

Sirles has started 3 games already this year and played in several more and after 1 questionable game on a shitty field in a non starter role people are concerned about him going forward?  He will be fine,  we will be fine.

I'm hoping the Vikings can have a big lead over the  Bears so they can sit and rest Elflein's shoulder.

Where the Vikings should be picking maybe, but there will be at least 3 Tackles off the Board by then and 2 Guards. Probably more at each spot. And several Centers that will rate similarly to the Elf.

Honestly, last year's Class was weaker from top to bottom and yet the team still landed their Center for the foreseeable future and possible 2018 Starter Isidora. Should have no problems finding another starting Guard and a good developmental Tackle it the Draft.

Yup, this is a pretty good class for the OL...some decent prospects await at #32...
