I don't know that I've ever gotten the flu in the my life. Food poisoning, yes. Colds, yep. Even strep throat. But never the flu.

get a big bottle of blackberry brandy and 2 stocking hats.
put one hat on your head and crawl into bed with every blanket in the house on it and pull them up to your chin with one of your feet sticking out the end of the bed. put the other stocking hat on your foot and proceed to drink the brandy until you cant see the stocking hat on your foot.

My mom and me got food poisoning from KFC back in 75...Last time I ever ate the s hit. Man, it is miserable.
Been a teacher a long time...the first few years I caught EVERYTHING kids brought to school...
Now they can walk in with the plague and I won't get it

Not influenza for me but bronchitis...Lovely 2+ hrs in urgent care this morning to figure that out...I am one hopped-up MF'er on prednisone now...
