As it stands right now and everything goes well through this week of practice, certain things can happen.  Our full starting offensive linemen will probably be available this week.  Remmers is back...Reiff and Elflein will be ready to go. Rudolph and Morgan will be feeling better and will help the run game.  With this, Keenum will have more time in the pocket. recievers separating on their routes for longer gains.  Murray and McKinnon keeping the defense honest and opening the play action for Case.
I see the Vikings really taking to the Packers...

If the Falcons win tonight eliminating the Pack, it makes no sense to throw the golden child out there other than feeding his own ego. McCarthy's gotta realize we could seriously F him up some more...but I expect out of the playoffs or not Rodgers will
play.  I say balls to the walls and knock him outta NEXT season too.  Make that statement EARLY and OFTEN.

I'm worried about them taking cheap shots on our guys, because with Lambeau refs they will keep the game close.

I thought i read where the Packers are going to bench Rodgers for the rest of the season now that they are out of the playoffs.

The Packers will likely be eliminated tonight when Atlanta beats TB.  But I expect Rodgers will play next week anyway. The alternative is to start Hundley and risk getting embarrassed at home by the Vikings. And I'm sure Rodgers wants another shot at the team that derailed his season. That's fine with me. I want our defense to get another shot at Rodgers. I do expect the refs will be a little extra protective of Rodgers this game, but I do not see them allowing the Packers to take a bunch of cheap shots at the Vikings.
We all know Rodgers is a great player, but the Vikings are a much better team. Keep Rodgers in the pocket; do not let him slip out and extend plays for 5 seconds until he can find an open receiver down field; and do not give him the ball on a short field. If we do that, I do not see the Packers keeping up with the Vikings.
Then it's the Bears at home - they have a pretty good defense but not much offense - and we are 13-3, with a bye and at least one home playoff game. For a team missing its starting QB and star running back almost all season, that's not bad at all.
