He is a bigger cog in this unit than most realize. It is why Bucky Hodges was cut after preseason. Bell is seen as a big target who can run and block. Good sense of humor.

One thing that really stands out watching player interviews this season... everyone seems to have bought into the "team first" concept that Zimmer has preached. I LOVE IT.

Easy sell when you are winning. But I do think these guys understand that when the team wins, it trumps individual glory.
