We got only a minute with Eric before the throng of reporters hurried over! Still, he was a big reason for the win today

He's actually very easy to interview. We've done it 3-4 times, but it started just me and him, and then the pooled reporters flocked and it changes their tone. They aren't as playful
I really noticed him shut down when the others started shoving the mic in his face.

I put that on your camera guy for not doing what ever it took to box out the competition from the interview... Next time you need to find somebody with a little wider frame to hold your position. B)

Yep - Jimmy was invited to join us, but couldn't, as were others this year. GA Vike stepped-in to help after Geoff Nichols could not make the trip due to a last-second work commitment.
sounds like the Vikes arent the only ones making a team effort! compliment to you that the pool reporters flocked you your interview. wished that they stayed away though. that was your interview, not their’s!
