I work with a philly fan and he was talking shit and before I could stop myself I bet him that the Vikings would finish the year better than the Iggles. Now I am sitting here trying to convince myself that the $200 will be better than a superbowl victory...
my hard and fast rule for the last 20 years has been "never bet on the Vikings, but never bet against the Vikings" and i went and broke it... Damn it Me!

Actually he got nervous and bailed on the bet before the game, I let him out since he's a good guy who doesn't make a ton of money and is caring for his elderly mother. I couldn't have taken his money if we'd have won.
