Thank you for posting. Loved reading that. I've always been of the opinion that recognition should be pushed "down" an organization, and this article brings some unsung heroes to light.

I guess the NFL is so high profile that I've ways assumed any job in the NFL was high paying.

Also, as a kid I had dreams that I'd be a baseball scout. In my childhood mind, I would think that I could go and watch baseball games all day. Nothing sounded better. 

Thinking it through now, it seems like maybe you aren't even watching the game... More like you're watching individuals and their mechanics. I wonder how often these guys get a chance to step back and enjoy a good football game while scouting?
