Mark and Zygi,

What we saw today and what we've seen all season is the direct result of your decision, and your decision alone, to take a wild swing on an out of the box, zero experience hire in Kwesi to run and oversee your "competitive rebuild" model in hopes of getting to a Super Bowl. Four years later...countless misses on draft picks, almost 300 million spent in free agency, and this is the result. It hasn't worked and WILL NOT work going forward. Please look deep within yourselves, clean house in the front office, and please seek the appropriate assistance and counsel before making your next choice on the person to run your organization because you clearly have no idea what you are doing. The experiment is over and it's time to admit your mistake and pull the plug. The fans of this organization deserve better than the results on the field that you've given us.

Sincerely,

Viking fans

KOC, JJM, Flores...make a good plan, or you'll be following Kwesi....

It's not the comment you've posted which is your right to your opinion and the frustration your feeling...it's the fact that you're assuming you're speaking for everyone.  Viking fans probably share the same viewpoints as how the season has been going. But let them be the ones to choose whether they want to voice it or not.

Lol ok. This whole Kwesi experiment and competitive rebuild bullshit has been a disaster. I don't know how you could feel differently and I'd guess 99.9% of the fanbase would agree with wanting front office changes

Front office aside, I see a lot right with the team, but only with competent QB play - which they are not getting.

Special teams bit em in the asz again.

I would be very nervous if I were the Vikings special teams coach with 6 games to go.

Honestly, I just don't see the Wilf family addressing your request nor seeing them actually reading the posted comments on a Viking fan forum.

At one point of the game both Jones and Mason were averaging 6 yards a carry and then KOC seemed to abandon the run game...again.  With the three and outs or short drives, the defense got gassed too soon.

These losses are strictly on KOC and the asst. coaches.

Lol well of course they won't, but maybe the announcers calling them out on national television for the frivolous free agent spending and ugly football...will open up their ears.

Look, changes need to be made. We all know it. Let's just hope the two rich owners who are responsible for the mistake take notice

Outside of Van Ginkel and Greenard, we really do not have a defensive player who would start on a top defense.  We took JJ over Nix, Darnold and Jones and we can talk about how many games it has been, but not sure how many more we need to see he is not improving, but getting worse each week.  This team is a complete mess.  Every draft the past 4 years has been a complete disaster and this off season we wasted a lot of money on 4 castaways for the OL and DL who are total non-factors.  This loss is totally on the talent level of this team.  Not a surprise this is the result of putting someone who absolutely no personnel experience in charge of your team.

Redmond is looking good.

We haven’t drafted well since Spielman left. It shows.

It’s time to flush the GM and scouting departments. I still believe KOC is the right head coach.

I believe we got the HC right as well...But if you're going to show KAM the door? Then Grigson and Miller should go too.

I'm not sold on KOC (and have seen enough to justify that stance), but yeah, I'd certainly want to see what he and Flores could do with a competent front office supplying them with talent.

Absolutely. Any front office personnel who has had a hand in constructing this roster over the last four years should be relieved of duty. Scrap it. I mean, how is that not crystal clear to the Wilfs at this point?

As soon as you criticize the organization other fans come in and basically do variants on "how dare you?!".  Because this fan base has Stockholm syndrome. They think 21 years of the Wilfs being good at buildings = great football.  We're a .500 team over that time that appears in the playoffs at about half the rate of the previous 40 or so years going back to when Bud was hired.   Brett Favre 2009 was literally the only team we've fielded in those 21 years with any real chance to win a title.

It's a very corporate, buttoned-up organization run by silver spooners who inherited a fortune and bought a toy.  It's unlikely to ever change because their hirings just aren't that good going back to Foley, Chili, Ricky, Zim, it goes on.  Like you've been saying about KAM, but honestly KOC isn't any better.  A couple lucky seasons has everyone fooled.

Anyway I don't care.  I'm not here to debate people who love the purple org, I'm just sick of them and their b.s. and I don't mind saying it, especially when you look at what they put on the field today.  I felt like I was back watching a guy named Les coach the team, and you can pick either of them lol.

Yup and this is the product after four years under his stewardship. No playoff wins. A roster lacking in young talent. No depth whatsoever. Roster holes everywhere. No long term answer at quarterback. Screwed up salary cap moving forward. The Wilfs shitcanned Spielman after a down covid season, and then an 8-9 2021 where they lost a record number of one score games. Welp, four years later...we are not better off.

So what happened the last few years is due to luck and not the work of the coaches but this year it’s due to the coaches?

We have a special teams coach?

Much of it has was due to players left over from Spielman and free agency,  which the later is no way to build a roster,  more like a tool to fill a few holes.

Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?
