I think Arnold was fooling around and had a love child...  The nose and smile is uncanny, IMO.

Hmmm ok sure. 

Well he had a love child, that's why he got divorced. But it wasn't this guy. The obvious similarity is the nose and the gap between the teeth. But other than that, it's just you seeing it so far.
