Vikings fans call for Adrian Peterson return to team
Yep, might actually be a good idea. Knows the offense, doubt he would cost much, good locker room fit. My only concern is that he would likely be used as part of a committee with Murray and would he be OK with that. For those mocking the idea, Kareem Hunt, Leveon Bell, Todd Gurley and Ezekiel Elliot are not available.
Stick with Murray and let him work his way back into game shape. He has a lot more versatility and can pass protect. With our QB situation the way it is, we are not one player away from a deep playoff run. The Peterson Longship has sailed.

I would rather go shopping peoples practice squads than to waste a draft pick, or even just time, bringing back AD. He is done, stick a fork in his career.
Texted with Adrian's dad this morning. Highly unlikely he returns to Vikings. The exit was not a good one. I will tell you that he regrets signing with the Saints
That would effectively say, "Our season is done, let's bring back a name from the so-called glory days and try to dupe fans into noticing for a day."
AD is a horrible fit for what we are trying to do on offense and that's before you even get into the distraction it would be.
I have to say no way. I'd rather see them sign DeAngelo Williams.
with all the new young stud RBs in the league this year, there has to be some younger guys that have potential stashed on a practice squad some where I would think. I would rather we bring in some youth that might have a chance of sticking in the future than an aging back that may show up with flat tires. we have all seen how fast RBs go downhill.

I would agree that there has to be a player stashed away somewhere that could help us now
