Kevin Stefanski
Browns fans wanted him fired earlier this year....he can't coach, they said. Enter a decent QB in replacement of the starter. Now he's the toast of Cleveland. Fans are gonna fan.
Like Bud Grant said and it was quoted earlier: 'A good football coach needs a patient wife, a loyal dog and a great quarterback - but not necessarily in that order.'
Who's going to tell me the Vikings don't win the NFCN with a healthy Kirk Cousins? It all about the QB. But no, its KOC and KAM. They suck. Guess I'll just keep washing those balls....

Exactly

I know right but facts are a thing and hindsight is 20/20.
Ted Glover is just another clown in the parade of apologists for every stupid move the Vikings make.
Most would have been pretty upset if the Vikings would have signed Flacco when they got Dobbs. He hadn't done squat in several years.

@"StickyBun" said:I would have been less upset than trading for Dobbs, who has never done anything or proven he could be a long term starter. At least Flacco has been an upper echelon starter for several years and won a Super Bowl. He would have been an upgrade to both Dobbs and Mullens (as shown), but even if we would have signed him I don't think he would have had the same success he's had in Cleveland. Stefanski puts him in positions to be successful and as we have seen with KOC, he wants the player to adapt to his offense and has basically ran the Kirk Cousins offense no matter who has been under center.@"1VikesFan" said: Most would have been pretty upset if the Vikings would have signed Flacco when they got Dobbs.
