Playoffs??

Well, somebody from the South has to make it. Hopefully it is TB because we own the head to head tie breaker against the rest.
(Is head to head even the tie breaker in this situation? If teams played each other, head to head should ALWAYS be the tie breaker.)
A chance to watch Nick Mullens get obliterated on the road.

Not if theyre a division winner. Theyll be a higher seed.
Philly or Dallas, one will be a wildcard.
We’re likely to be one. That leaves one other spot.
SF, Dallas, Detroit and Tampa (all subject to change) for the divisions.

Right. Somebody from the South has to make the playoffs - as the division winner. The other two teams from the South (not counting Carolina) will be vying for a WC spot. The Vikings have an outside shot at the division. Otherwise we will be competing with several teams for a WC spot. That's where potential tie breakers come into play. We hold the head to head tie breaker against Atlanta and N.O., but not against TB. So we should probably hope that TB wins the South to avoid any tie breaker scenario against them.

How them odds looking now?
It was going to be a dilemma to have to root for the Payton, Wilson and the Broncos tonight, but thanks to KOC being a completely inept coach, I will root for the Lions as we have no shot of winning any of the next 3.

imo most of our losses should be blamed on offensive play calling
Turn the ball over a frickton -> lose close game. Repeat.
We’re nothing if not consistent.
Did I mention a chance to watch Nick Mullens get obliterated on the road?

Not sure yet, we'll know after today.
Love seeing Jordan Love playing so mid. Its what he is. We need him to stay in Green Bay.
Despite's KOC's best efforts to throw the season away, we are still in the 6th spot :o
In typical Viking fashion we will hang in there until the last game and will lose the game on a 4th and goal from the 1 when we bring in Ryan Wright and Greg Joseph to run a tush push to try to score the winning TD.
Making the playoffs this season would be a major accomplishment, IMO
@ Detroit for WC game is what I'm hoping' for.
I think Minnesota is like 47% now? Green Bay is like 46%....not sure where Seattle is now with their win last night. There's like 5 WC teams with a chance over like 30%, its a mess.
I don't see the Vikings winning another game. Let's just say they get lucky and beat the Packers. The Lions will take great joy in knocking the Vikes out of the playoffs in the last game, even if they have nothing to play for.

You think it will take luck to beat the Packers?

It shouldn't. But after the last two games I would say yes. I recall losing to the Bears. I recall scoring 3 points against the Raiders after the bye week. I see a new QB turning the ball over and my conclusion is they will need some luck to beat the Packers.
If the Vikings win their remaining home games, that will get them into the playoffs. That's the bottom line. Part of me likes that we still have meaningful games as fans and the other part just doesn't see Nick Mullens stopping throwing INTs and undermining the scoring drives.

I just don't think the Vikes have the QBs (pretty much the most important position) that can lead the team to winning 2 of the next 3 games. I love Viking wins, so I hope they do - SKOL!
