Coaching
Atlanta should be embarrassed by what we did today.
The Vikings coaching staff is elite. You don’t get “lucky” as often as we have without a team and a culture that has wholey bought into what they’re doing.
Dobbs made some great plays today, but our defense allowed us to stay in the game. A defense that was a major liability last year.
Get a rookie QB in to sit behind Cousins and get ready for a great ride. I’m convinced KOC is the coach to finally bring a SB to MN.
Harrison Smith on winning despite injuries: "Pretty fantastic coaching across the board, starting with the head guy on down. If you can gain some advantages here and there, it’s a pretty big deal in the NFL because everybody is good. It doesn’t matter what your record is."

I agree, but in retrospect we were 1 play away from Manion time…! :o :s
Yeah, Dobbs has been on the team for a week and a half and KOC had a safe lead with his new QB. I agree KOC just wanted to safely get the win. Give it some time, and Dobbs will earn more and more of KOC's trust. Dobbs is just a frickin' great story for us Viking fans!

Last year, the computers called the Vikings a fluke
This year, the Vikes have overcome a biblical plague of injuries to remain in the race
It’s becoming more clear that *KOC* is the outlier
At 38, he is becoming one of the league’s best HCs
It's been remarkable how the offense keeps going despite losing skill players left and right. A lot of it is that the OL has really solidified, but they've coached up guys like Powell, Jackson, Chandler to be the next man up. In the past, when you got that far in the depth chart the guys were pretty much special teamers, but they are getting meaningful contributions from depth players.

Making the season relevant after Kirk and JJ going down. How could you ask for more as a fan? Weekly, meaningful games. Love it.
flip the coaching staffs of the Vikings and Saints yesterday and the Saints win

Yes. He has been good, but at some point ya gotta stop talking about it and do it. We need to be able to run the ball.
