Kevin O'Connell is saying that Justin Jefferson is still going through tests on the hamstring. Said Jefferson is "down" today given his competitiveness and that the team will have to make sure it protects him "from himself."

This team aint going anywhere this season anyhow. 

Out 4 weeks would be my guess.  But I'm not a doctor, or a twitter doctor, and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night so take it for what it's worth.

At 1-4 and with the way this team is playing and being coached it really doesn't matter.  Our schedule is really not that difficult the rest of the way and so we will probably win enough games to prevent us from getting a high pick, but we are not making the playoffs or seeing above .500.

Don't rush him, there is no expectation at this point regarding the season

Sounds like Justin Jefferson is getting outside medical evaluation on his hamstring strain, as Kevin O'Connell said there will be multiple opinions sought.

Might be longer than 4 games. No reason to rush him back, that's at least the good news.

Well this season went down the drain fast. Time to start getting guys like Booth, Cine, Asamoah, etc some playing time on Sundays to see if there's anything there.

Maybe Booth or Cine could get on the field at wideout now that there's an opening, since getting into action at DB seems impossible for either of them.

I wonder how many 1st round picks Qwesi will trade to get a replacement for JJ for the rest of the year?

So if some think that JJ's absence won't hurt the team, I guess I'm at a loss. The pile on is in full mode. I think in a few weeks this board is going to be unreadable and unpostable. It is what it is, I'll find something else to fill my downtime. Just seems to be so much glee from some about the downward turn.

We've been bent over so dang many times we all know what the experience feels like.
