Vikings sign OT David Quessenberry

I like what Kwesi Adofo-Mensah has done so far today in signing (pending physicals) RB Myles Gaskin and OT David Quessenberry. Two veterans with starting experience who provide important depth at positions where the Vikings needed it.

Interesting. I remember when he was drafted. He fell a lot further than he was supposed to. 33 now, cancer survivor, plenty of starting experience on both side of the line. Probably means Brandel is staying at guard as our Ingram backstop.

Quessenberry played Guard for Buffalo last year in addition to Tackle so we have 3 players (including Udoh) who can play Guard and Tackle.  Maybe that means that Brandel can take Ingram's spot...at least until Ingram learns to play it.

Udoh might take his mental lapses and go somewhere else.

Yep, post 53 designation, so he can return after 4 games. I guess either Chandler or Powell returns kicks until then.

Listening to local sports radio, it sounds like Chandler is going to be the guy returning kicks. 

There is no guarantee Nwangwu makes it to the 53 and his agent is not happy he's been ir'd.

Its too bad for fast Kenny, he had a chance this TC to get to the #2 tailback.
