Will be interesting to keep an eye on QB Desmond Ridder
3rd round pick that is getting a shot to be the starter in Atlanta. Has some good qualities, but average arm with some accuracy questions.
Atl. drafted Bijan Robinson, the best RB in the draft & he'll help Ridder a lot. But yeah, I expect that Atl. will be drafting a QB in the first round next year. Same with Washington & Sam Howell.

Almost forgot about him. Weird how that goes. From steal of the draft (as some thought or maybe hoped) to nothing.

Cleveland drafted DTR in the 5th round. He'll be their new developmental QB. Seeing this reminds me of the disaster that was that 3rd round of the 2021 draft. We had 4 picks in that round & selected:

You have to wonder what RS was thinking. Scouting for this draft was impacted by Covid as many games were played in empty stadiums which prevented live scouting. The East/West Shrine game & Combine were also cancelled. Still, if you look at some of the players that were drafted in Round 3 & later, not only are they still with the team that drafted them, some of them are starters.
