odds are he has played enough football that the damage is already done and despite leaving early he wont be walking normal in 20 years,  all those sprains and tweaks take a toll, but still will likely feel better than if he played another 5 years.  I wish him the best though.

Hmmm, may be tough to get a TE on a contract with limiting receptions to only four...
