Someone wants to know the cap consequence, after all we do have Reagor.
Man Oh Man...
What a tragedy.
The tragedy is the three to ten years as part of the plea agreement, I mean he took a life.

Very tragic. I think Ruggs is getting off way to easy. He killed someone and gets 3 to 10 years, that's messed up.

Complete bullshit. Especially when you read the police report. 3:39 am in the morning and he was going up to 156 mph. Give him 10 years then, minimum.
Is anybody surprised? As soon as I heard he was pleading guilty I knew it was going to be a joke of a plea deal. I have to wonder what the average Joe has been getting in Nevada for vehicular manslaughter lately....misdemeanor pfft.
