I would say yes, but he had no experience in the Fangio system KOC is dead set on running. Wilks is a Ron Rivera 4-3 guy, but he'll be a good hire for someone

He was Head Coach of the Cardinals in 2018, and then the interim Head Coach for Carolina after Rhule was fired and turned Carolina around. He got a raw deal in Arizona which is why he is part of the same lawsuit as Brian Flores on discrimination.
