You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it. — Robin Williams

He was such a huge spark. Kendricks gave him a shout out in a post game interview. He like willed his teammates with some of the shots he took and the plays he made. He really stepped up. Got me thinking about Atlas.

KJO was the MVP, IMO.

They need to get the ball to him more,  his straight line running with the ball in his hands is fun to watch.  He runs hard and doesn't go down without a fight.  And he does get open a lot more than he gets targeted,  just only so much time to hold the ball and only so many places you can look in that time.

Hard to argue...

Can't take the heroics of KC for granted either

I felt KJ was the only Viking who showed up for the entire game yesterday. I think he absolutely gave the team the spark it needed for that comeback.

He was playing pissed off and it showed.   The rest of the team needs to find some pride and fire like that if they make more than a peep in the playoffs.

Cousins admitted that KJ is at the bottom end of his progressions. That needs to change. I love Thielen, but he just seems to be struggling this year. He did have a couple of big catches yesterday in the Second half, but wasn't targeted once in the first. When given opportunities, Osborn has proven he can make something happen so let's see what he can do with more targets down the stretch.

I think that progressions order needs to be shuffled strategically based on coverage and routes being run,  not on who is on the field.  Maybe KC holding the ball for JJ or now TJ is a reason he is getting pounded so often?

I understand JJ is a stud,  but that doesn't mean KJ or anybody should be the last read in a progression.

I hope I am misunderstanding Kirk's intent in this comment.
