Yep...There was an article I read, can't find it now, about teams who were great on offense and bad on defense and how they finished. Another one was the Falcons a few years ago. Top offense, crap defense and they lost to the Patriots in the SB, in a game they really should've won. So it can happen.

SCORE !    i just remember that “crazy glue” catch, (if that was the same year) was it Tyreek Hill or something, and I never really though Eli was an “elite” quarterback (seems like we always beat Eli)

cant remember, but Im thinking that was the season Patriots were undefeated until the Super Bowl ?????

That was the 2007/8 season. The big Moss season. But it was the Giants then too.

Yeah, but their D got after Brady in the superbowl.  Big reason they won both those against Brady was their pressure.
