Pro Bowl voting
I think Jefferson and Darrisaw are a lock. Zadarius and Peterson likely get in as well. I could see a case made for Hockenson as well now that he's on a contender. Kendricks, Hunter and Harry have a shot based on the success of the team and reputation.

On pace for 1st Team All-Pro
• Justin Jefferson
• Christian Darrisaw
Has a good argument
• Brian O'Neill
• TJ Hockenson
• Danielle Hunter
• Za'Darius Smith
• Patrick Peterson
Could sneak in
• Dalvin Cook
• Eric Kendricks
• Harrison Smith https://t.co/GAi8BkktB9

Sensitive content? Maybe violent content.

JJ, Darrisaw and Z should all be locks. Peterson of late should get in as well. O'Neill is worthy IMO, TJ and Harrison Smith also.
I don't see Hicks and EK as playing exceptional.
Dont vote for any Viking.....if you do and they get pro bowl status then they want more money at contract time......hurts salary cap.
There 3 players in the NFL that have had 175 yards in a game this year.
JJ-Twice
Tyreke Hill
TJ Hockenson.
#Vikings have five players leading their positions in the NFC among fan votes (players and coaches vote Dec. 16)
— Andrew Krammer (@Andrew_Krammer) November 28, 2022
WR Justin Jefferson (90,313)
TE T.J. Hockenson (69,749)
KR Kene Nwangwu (32,926)
ST Kris Boyd (16,568)
LS Andrew DePaola (15,556)
Someone explain to me why TJH is a pro-bowl caliber player to-date this year?
Admittedly I haven't looked at his stats vs other TE's across the league.
I think the locks should be:
JJ
Darrisaw (if he comes back this year)
Z
All Pro is much more meaningful imo vs Pro Bowler.

I think Pro Bowl voting was open prior to TJ joining the team...meaning he received votes from a lot of Lion fan base (you know...that 1 guy..lol) and than moved to the Vikings and lit it up early here so got a whole new batch of votes from a second fan base. Effectively, he's doubled up on the homer vote. And that's not to disrespect him...I hope he's here for a long time.
My guess is Nwangwu is gonna be All-Pro again as a specialist.
It was about week #9 last year when he showed up and the NFL noticed.
Fans shouldn't be allowed to vote for the Pro Bowl. The game itself has been a joke for years, but it still has contractual implications for some, so it shouldn't be determined largely by knuckleheads in their parents basement voting for every player on his favorite team.

Totally agree. Its just stupid now (the voting) and the game itself is ridiculous and has been for YEARS. Put this stupid thing out of its misery.

Pro Bowl is ridiculous. I guess it's only real value is as a contract negotiation tool.

Hock migh be leading Pro Bowl votes because he is leading all NFC TE in Catches, Yards, and TDs.
I dunno though. stats dont matter i guess. only the gut instinct of Vikings fans to trash the team even if subtly by discounting having the top TE in NFC matters. same energy as fans/pundits with us at 9-2 down playing our record or power rankings to teams wth worse records. its funny. oh no mike white and the jets are coming!
he is also top 3 in NFL in all those stats for TE. he is 3rd in espn fantasy football pts for TE. that probbaly helps.
They need to revamp the entire thing to noncontact talent drills and or odd ball games like volleyball or something weird it would yield better results

I used to love watching that...particularly the tug of war and the obstacle course. As AGR said, maybe update it with some wacky games like Dodgeball.

It is not by coincidence that the offense looks much better since he arrived.

Oh great! Now you're going to expect me to show an ID before I vote. :p

Because Travis Kelce is in the AFC.
