The Vikings have placed TE Irv Smith Jr. on injured reserve due to the ankle injury he suffered Sunday. Per @AdamSchefter, he will miss 8-10 weeks. Might not see him in a Vikings uniform again following the move to acquire TE T.J. Hockenson.
