Did Adam Zimmer die?
Sketchy reports on Twitter that Mike's son and former Vikings LB coach Adam Zimmer passed away.
I just saw a tweet regarding that. Hope it isn't true.
No official confirmation anywhere. Just a bunch of tweets referencing an IG post his sister made, so hard to know if it's true or not.

Adam Zimmer was working for the #Bengals this season as an offensive analyst. A kind man gone far too soon. pic.twitter.com/g0kI825zEQ

Man, this is awful, awful news. You've got to feel for that family with everything they've been through over the years. RIP Adam.
Appears true. Sad, horrible news. I can't imagine what it's like to lose a child...at any age. Condolences to Mike and his family.

RIP. Tragic news.
When people die who are younger than you, you appreciate life just a little bit more. Hug your loved ones.
Condolences and prayers for the Zimmer family.
Oh man, that is such tragic news. That poor family has been through so much.
Wow, so very sad. Condolences to the entire Zimmer family. R.I.P. Adam
Just heartbreaking news. To lose your wife and then a child, both unexpectedly, is something I'm not sure I could bear.
A parent should NEVER have to bury a child.
Absolutely tragic.
Deeply saddened by the news of Adam Zimmer…tremendous coach & person. Had the privilege of sitting next to him flying back from games. Learned so much. Praying for the Zimmer family.

That is awful news. 38 is way too young to go.

Yes! WZ was correct. I’m a Huge fan also.Very sad to hear this. I’m old enough to be Adam Zimmer’s father, it’s always heartbreaking to hear of a young person’s death.
He did like an increasingly large number of males at this age. I'll be interested to see the cause of death. Guessing it will be quite vague and related to the heart. My brothers best friend just suffered a significant stroke at age 43 and was in very good health. Strange times and each a tragedy.
38 is way too young, I don't recall him being heavy set.
Prayers for Zimmer family, just tragic.
