I thought last year's with Dr. Dre and the gang was cool. She's not someone I listen to much but hopefully Rihanna's set will be fun too.

It wasnt the worst they have done, there were parts there a little WTF, but I am pretty sure that would be said even if they could get Elvis and Prince to come back from the dead to team up with the Beatles and Metallica, they will never likely find a fits all.

I always thought it would be cool if the NFL invited regional acts to perform at halftime.
SB in New Orleans? bring in a local zydeco band.
SB in Houston? bring in a local C/W band
True, 95% of the fans wouldn't know who the bands are, but think of the exposure these bands get by performing at halftime.
Best selling bands is so 90s, 2000s.
Now it's about streams and views. Those are the metrics/data points involved.
Rhianna is a good choice as she's a good performer, singer, worldwide appeal, and a gorgeous human being
If you don’t like the half time shows (I could really care less) You aren’t the target audience. And (supposedly) they are targeting an audience to grow the fanbase. I can turn on my own music.
