TE Shaun Beyer in the house
Source confirms #Vikings are signing TE Shaun Beyer for the 90th and final spot on their roster. He spent last year on the Broncos practice squad after being undrafted out of Iowa. It's a standard minimum contract with no signing bonus that will pay him $705,000 if he makes team.

He's a solid athlete. Explosive but not fast. Never really "got over the hump" at Iowa and had some memorable drops. Doubt he makes the team, but I can think of worse guys to use a camp roster spot on.
If Johnny Mundt wakes up with a cobra in his bed we've got our prime suspect.
I’m thinking there is some untapped potential in Beyer. He’s a big athletic kid, and a good blocker. Probably between him and Davidson to move up the list. Davidson has been slow to develop and likely not up to being a blocking two way TE.
