That is pretty embarrassing and it is crazy that we are 15 more than the team that is in 4th and twice as many as the Cowboys and Raiders who I would have thought would have been at the top of the list.

I would imagine a cowboy has to fuck up pretty bad in Dallas before he gets arrested, however I wouldn't be surprised if cops in other cities target their pro athletes to make a name for themselves.
