Vikings waive Willekes, sign Bullard

Sounds like Willekes was hurt and waived with injury designation, meaning he'll go on IR if he clears waivers. While Willekes was probably an OLB in the 3-4, Bullard sounds like more of a 5T.
Not sure where Willekes would fit into the new defensive scheme anyway.
