Dantzler bulking up
#Vikings CB Cameron Dantzler was 182 pounds as a 2020 rookie, 185 last year and is now 191. “I’ve gained weight and I’m stronger, and I’m faster. I’m getting my body right. I used the offseason to get better. I’ve got a nutritionist. I’m lifting weights."

No more 'Tiny Dantzler'?
Maybe he can change his nickname from the needle to the nail… ;) B)
#Vikings Cam Dantzler said it "was kind of frustrating" Mike Zimmer continued to start Bashaud Breeland despite his struggles. “Last year was kind of a rollercoaster season but I’ve gained my confidence back. New staff. Fresh start. I’m just ready to show what I can do this year"

TomASSon still finding the most negative way to report good news.
Dantzler seemed like an idiot at times, PP basically said he didn't pay attention in practice.
Dantzler has a wiry frame, same as Teddy Bridgewater.
Dantzler did it right by putting the weight on slowly over 2 years.
TB's body couldn't handle the immediate 20lbs of added stress IMO it had a lot to do with why his knee gave out.
