That's weird, I see what you mean when I click the link. The lead story was about Mayfield and how he's got a huge cap number that no team wants to touch and the Browns don't want to help with. But now it's gone.

CBSSports.com is a hole.Not sure what that was about, but here's a piece explaining the tight spot they're in. All they need to do is piss off Baker enough to "misbehave" and the Browns can save $18M.
