Deebo demanding a trade out of Niners land!
Wow - local sports radio over here is going nuts over this news release regarding Deebo - I just don't want him to go to G Bay, Chicago, Dallas, Patriots

Wow, if a trade did happen, I could see GB being a front runner. They do have a bunch of extra draft picks that the 49ers might be interested in.

I could see the Jets in the mix, or another AFC team. Maybe the 49ers will want players instead of extra picks instead? Can we offer you our finest Dalvin Cook, Adam Thielen, and a pick?
I’m not sure GB will cough up the money since they just moved on from Davante.
I could actually the Lions try to make a move. The issue there would be if Deebo would sign long-term or be happy in Detroit. Bears would make a lot of sense but without a first-round pick this year I doubt they have the ammo.
With DBo and DK on the trading block, seems like the NFC could be weaker next year and wide open. I can't imagine Seattle trading them to anyone in the NFC unless it was an unreal package.
If Hamilton, Stingley, Sauce are gone, Williams would look very enticing to bring to into this offense. Plenty of shoot outs in 2022, could be fun.
Wouldn’t the niners just agree to lessen his workload out of
the backfield? Isn’t that just the logical
conclusion to this drama?

Yes

Logical? Why would that factor into anything?
Wasn't that long ago that we were talking about Deebo in the draft. Hard to believe this will be his 4th season.
49ers are a playoff team hoping to take the next step. So this has to hit them like a ton of bricks. Just keep him out of Green Bay and, while you're at it, send a box of flowers to Justin Jefferson's mom.
It's interesting what all came out yesterday, without anything specific from Deebo or his crew. It seems as if he doesn't want to get banged up or run that risk with how many touches he's getting as a running back. Also, some may see him as a running back and as we all know, they get paid less. Maybe they're able to come to a solution in SF where it doesn't get as many touches at RB, but that idea was probably why they got hot when they did so I cant fault Shanahan

Wandale Robinson was our best offensive weapon by far. He was a WR having a nice year for a bad team. Well when all our RBs got hurt or couldn't produce, guess who started getting lots of RB touches? And he did well! But he wasn't built like an RB, didn't love it, and transferred after the season to Kentucky. He had a great year for UK this past season and the Huskers won 3 games. Coaches are hired to win football games and getting the ball to the best playmakers is never a bad idea, unless you piss off said playmakers and they leave. Then, whoops.
