#Packers FA CB Chandon Sullivan is heading to Minnesota for a visit with the #Vikings, source said. He could rejoin assistant head coach for defense Mike Pettine, as the two were together in Green Bay.

Source said the cheese dicks had interest in re-signing Chandon Sullivan but he ultimately wanted a change of scenery and has ended up with #Vikings, where he fits in as starting slot CB. It's a one-year deal He has good relationships with Vikings ex-GB assistants Mike Pettine, Mike Smith

New #Vikings CB Chandon Sullivan is known for his smarts. He was a finalist in 2017 at Georgia State for the William V. Campbell Trophy, which is considered college football's Heisman Trophy for academics.

He's an upgrade over last year's slot corner.  That's a good get for a low cost.   

Another vet CB and a top 2 round pick, let's see what we have

Tomasson really getting bold with his language these days. Hopefully that's not what he had in mind on the menu.

If this is an upgrade over Breeland, then it's worth it.  CBs and depth at S and LB are still concerning for the D.
Pre snap read was were is Breeland? I was told that was often the case with Sullivan as well. So we shall see. Breeland was terrible. It can't be too hard to be better. Not sure how well he will do in the slot against guys like Cobb.

Breeland was upgraded by letting Dantzler out of the doghouse.  Sullivan should upgrade Mac.  Now get a CB at 12 who can still run and will be cheap for 4 years.

#Vikings Chandon Sullivan said Denver also had interest & Packers wanted to re-sign him but he said “it was time to move on” & was “just a better opportunity somewhere else.” Wouldn't give $ figures but asked if deal in range of $2-3 million with incentives, he said "potentially"

Following former #Vikings LB Chad Greenway having been a journalism major at Iowa, new Minnesota DB Chandon Sullivan was a journalism major at Georgia State. He had a 3.84 college GPA and might look into becoming a broadcaster after his NFL career.
