The Vikings have signed former Rams tight end Johnny Mundt, the team announced. He's a 6'4", 233-pound blocking TE.

They also confirmed the signing of DT Harrison Phillips.

Wither Gronklin?

Anthony Barr is officially a free agent, unless there is news we have not heard about yet. #

Reunites with Kevin O'Connell and Wes Phillips. Did well as a rotational in-line tight end with the Rams, grading out twice among the top 15 run-blocking TEs there.

Fills a nice hole with Conklin and Herndon likely departing and Zach Davidson being more of a move tight end.

#Vikings will sign Johnny Mundt to a two-year contract worth $2.45 million. The only part that is guaranteed is a $200,000 signing bonus. His salary for 2022 is the minimum.

Our big get for the year lol.  I think I'd much prefer the tear it down strategy in Chicago.

The true big get will be keeping Hunter and Thielen apparently…and with more and more pass rushers getting new gigs or staying put they definitely better get it figured out.

I've come to realize that it doesn't matter who it is at TE, they are going to get their fair share. Still think they should consider drafting one in the 5th or 6th this year

New #Vikings guard/center Austin Schlottmann played the past three years for Denver, starting seven of the 42 games in which he played. He has to be regarded as a candidate to start at right guard.

The Vikings have agreed to terms with G/C Austin Schlottmann. He's made seven starts in three years with the Broncos, so the familiarity is there with new Vikings OL coaches Chris Kuper and Justin Rascati.

Schlottmann adds some depth but doesn't appear to be a starting option.

New #Vikings offensive lineman Austin Schlottmann will sign a one-year deal worth minimum of $1.035 million with nothing guaranteed and no signing bonus. He'll count $895,000 against cap due to the veteran rule. He was a restricted Broncos free agent but they didn't tender him.

Here's breakdown of TE Johnny Mundt contract with #Vikings. It's two years for max of $2.415 million & includes $200,000 signing bonus as only guaranteed money. He'll make minimum of $1.035M in 2022 & $1.08 million in 2023 & have workout bonuses each of those seasons for $50,000.

Jets Signing TE Tyler Conklin according to Mike Garafolo. Guess they don’t want Herndon back… :s
