And Here We Go...
2 things ive noticed, we havent done a thing, and nobody seems interested in any of our former players that have entered FA. so basically this leaves me thinking we cant afford the talented guys, and we have been seeing what untalented guys gets us the last couple years.
i had forgotten that we have this tamper period and that basically means that FA started today, so why wasnt the teams cap situation fixed well prior to today? seems that it would have been prudent to clear as much as they could and be ready to go shopping today wouldnt it ?

Vikings free agents are not that good. Maybe Conklin will get the biggest deal?
Woods might get some but safeties always come up short.
Peterson is washed and heading downhill fast.
I thought they would at least be in position to sign some players.
I suppose they actually can reach agreement.
They only need to have the cap space when they officially sign. If I am not mistaken.

Good point. I always thought outside of a few, most of our FA are tier 2 or 3 guys at best. Any FA they have signed the past few years has been the same.

Not sure the Vikings feel the same way but I'm hoping they're looking at bringing him back on a restructured deal.Sounds like some clarity could be coming soon on #Vikings DT Michael Pierce. There has been speculation that he won't return to the Vikings under his current contract, which has a base salary of $7.9 million for 2022 with a cap number of $10.235 million.
Packers now waving both middle fingers at Adams and throwing in a couple pelvic thrusts for emphasis.
It’s time to lift the cone of silence damn it…! ;) :p

Cole started 7 straight games for the Vikings last year, 4 at center and 3 at right guard, before missing the final 3 games of year with hurt elbow
Now that dolt Tomasson is throwing out teaser tweets… :s & Bud looks annoyed as well…! ;)

About the 4th TE signing in the last few weeks.

That's roster building 101. Not what the Vikings are doing..
-Seems pretty simple. Here is the blueprint.
-First, you need to have the worst record in the league at the time when one of the top college QBs in years is about to enter the draft so you can select that star QB.
-Second, the next year, also have a terrible record so you can draft that QB's stud college WR with whom he had one of the best college offenses of all time.
-Now, with all the cap space you will have by having your best players on rookie contracts, sign free agents to fill any obvious holes in your roster. Done.
Kinda reminds me of the Steve Martin joke: How to be a millionaire and never pay taxes. First, get a million dollars. ...

yeah because the Vikings blew that top pick one year and top 5 pick the next year...
