Is anybody else noticing that the site is acting a bit sluggish today opening threads?
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?
I was just going to ask about that. Site loads fine for me, but takes about 30 seconds before I can scroll up or down within a thread.

Getting the same, pops for about 5-10 seconds on desktop before letting me in. On mobile it just sits all the time at the bottom of the post feed.
Its been doing this for a few days. The site has been glitchy for a bit now.

Yeah I have been looking at this.
I however am not experiencing any lag. For me the response time os cery snappy.
Ok, so to help Mike,
what is everybody using for devices and such that is having this issue? I am having it with Chrome, both mobile and desktop.
Mine is working fine, on my Android tablet using Chrome
Microsoft Surface. Loads fine but takes a while before I can scroll.
I am on a Mac using Chrome. No lag once on the site. But for a few days I have had a lag getting on the site and i think that is because my stored url for longship no longer corresponds with the actual url -- so it takes time to move over.
I don't have any lag. Desktop is Chrome, mobile is DuckDuckGo. I do get weird behavior on desktop where I log in and the up/down scrolling doesn't work, it's just stuck. I have to reload then it works.
firefox PC, working fine for me. Sluggish yesterday though.
Safari big time lag....I could go on a safari, come back and it wouldn't be downloaded yet.
Just got a 524 timeout error. Scrolling has been glitchy. Loading a comment has been slow.

Same, I thought it was just me.
It's gone for me now, but scrolling is next to impossible.
