That is right all you Sloter fans, he was picked in the 1st round of the 2022 USFL draft. Of course, he was the 8th and final QB drafted in the 1st round (QB round) after QBs from Occidental and Tarleton State.
(Admittedly, I would have loved Sloter getting some more preseason run).
Good for him! I wish him well in the new league as I did when he played for us. Players come and players go. No big deal to wish them well when they play for the purple!

i light of the revelations about our former beloved coach over the last 6 months... I think maybe Sloters aggravation may have been warranted. shit, they brought mannion back for Christs sake. how many other players were suppressed that came rolling through, maybe they wouldnt have been much, but maybe they would have been better than what we had in their place at times.
