Polamalu to the Raiders
The #Raiders are expected to hire Kennedy Polamalu as their running backs coach, source said. Polamalu spent the past five seasons in Minnesota, where he was well-regarded.

I thought this might be someone KOC would keep on staff... Sorry to see Kennedy go.
Not sure we had anyone on the staff that had as good of an eye for talent and got the most out of players than Polamalu. He was the one who convinced the team to draft Mattison and Kene and sign UDFAs like Boone. The most successful position on the team. I thought hands down he would be the one guy they would keep, really odd.
McCardell was #1 on my list, would have liked to have seen Dre and Kennedy carry over with him. I thought Fricken did a nice job for the one year too.
