There's another level? JJ already has the NFL record for the most yards in first two seasons.

Eh, I’m a billion times more concerned about figuring out
how  to get the OLine and defense above
average then I am about how they’re going to milk another 10 receptions from
Jefferson.

Regarding purely the offensive scheme, the improvements I
want to see most are to have a balanced and flexible offense, where if the
defense takes away one thing, we can easily pivot to exploit whatever defense
they are in, and where we are successful in both the run and pass at the same time.
That said, I do agree that our schemes have room for
improvement and that we should be better scheming around the strengths of our
players (and weaknesses of our opponents).

I really expected O'Connell to come in (not in yet) and tell JJ that he is just 1 member of the team and that he would be just another target for the offense.  

Just like I really expected O'Connell to come in and tell Cousins that he is all in on trading him.  

Just like I really expected..........
