I think the Jags got a good one who's ready to resurrect a career.
Jags will be an interesting team to watch. Spielman with QB not of his choosing and a Super Bowl winning HC.
I think there could be some power issues. It's interesting that they are thinking of hiring Spielman to be some kind of go between Khan and Balke.

New Jaguars’ HC Doug Pederson and QB Trevor Lawrence spoke on the telephone earlier this evening, before Jacksonville hired its new head coach. The two already were discussing their future together.

The NFL's best drafting GM paired with #1 overall pick last year, paired with the #1 overall pick this year, a good HC and $50M in cap space. Now, all they have to do is push Baalke in front of a speeding train.
All that said, this team has a LOOOOONG way to go. Their roster is ridiculous.
