Fresh off the amazing defeat of green bay in the divisional playoffs, the Vikings introduce their new HC and packer killer, DeMeco Ryans.

Speak it into existence.

That would be wunnerful

But the Pack are going to be a tough out...I just got a hunch Rogers has another Lombardi in his system b4 his Pack tenure is over.

I am thinking smoked chicken thighs for saturday,  (rubbed with a cajun seasoning and then finished with light honey glaze)  most likely go with a apple and cherry wood blend here.

stuffed smoked pork loins sandwiches for sunday.  brine it over night for some added moisture,  fillet open the loin, season it with whatever looks good at the time, smother it with chopped onions, red pepper. then roll it up, tie it,  give the outside an nice rub down with a BBQ rub of some type, probably a mixture of hickory and pecan for this one.

the games should be good too.

It's not an either or thing. Be both.

I'm thinking about starting off with a few beers for the early Saturday game. Once the SF game starts I may switch over to a vodka red bull, then go with a few more beers, topped off with probably another vodka red bull for when SF is up double digits in the 4th quarter all while drunkenly chanting "Cut your hair Aaron"
