That's a good article. I don't think there's much you can do about finding a better head coaching pool, but I think from an organization standpoint, they do need to figure out how to build more robust processes where people can be plugged into the processes, because individual coaches are going to be plugged in and out frequently. While Zimmer was coach for a while, his OC was constantly changing, either they weren't good enough or they were too good and got poached. Like how do you develop that next person to be ready when the spot opens up?
For one thing hire an offensive head coach so you’re not hurt that much if OC leaves.

Some were logical with a move up (ex Shumur and Stephanski). What about the rest and why did Turner leave mid season?
