Question
This could be a Guru question, but perhaps the answer is more obvious than I am thinking…but…who is conducting our GM/HC search on behalf of the Wilfs? Mark Wilf said that it’s all being handled internally so is it Brez? I’m assuming it’s a group of folks but with Brez heading them up?
There's buzz that COO Andrew Miller will be involved in the GM search, as will Brzezinski, who has been in the team's front office since 1999.

I think the way Mark Wilf emphasized collaboration and communication in the press conference, the type of coach they are looking for might have changed. Also with some of the players comments, there might be additional considerations. The role or roles of the coach are different now because players are different now. They are definitely looking for someone who can express himself and be approachable. He also needs to be flexible in responding to individual players.
Its a three pronged approach, maybe not like a trident, more unified, think of it as a triangle if you will, a triangle of authority .

It should be a 4 pronged approach but the 4th being us fans on this site. Any potential HC's or GM's that read this post, please share your best 7 round mock draft from Pro Football Network so we can evaluate your skills and what you think the team needs. Thanks

Hire some consultant companies and make it a Hexagon approach.

Needless to say, I hope that isn't the case.

Can we agree that it's a paradigm shift that will leverage our core values and historic strengths?
@"HappyViking" said:True, I think Parcells was one of the best ever. I also think he had a better disposition for the job and was even more approachable. Like what we were told about Zimmer...no one questioned Parcell's, but I bet he was open to veteran player feedback. Like I have said numerous times some people can manage/Coach at any level they are just competent, and the pressure does not get to them like others. Others, like Zimmer were promoted to above their abilities and the result is they isolate themselves from almost everyone for fear they will be found incompetent or not in over-their-head.@"minny65" said:Yeah, but maybe more like "mini wannabe-me". Its so f#$%ing stupid. If you haven't been exposed to it or it isn't part of your work process, say a prayer of thanks immediately. Corporate psychobabble is the biggest load of horseshit going. Meaningless rhetoric made to make the user feel important.
