Vikings seem behind other teams aggressively interviewing GM's and/or HC's
Watching the NFL Network's ticker, all of our competition is getting a major jump on the Vikings scheduling their interviews with all of the top candidates for our GM/HC openings.
Just a little concerning. Waiting to the end of the season to make this decision with the new interview rules made zero sense.
I am sure they know who they are targeting and have already been in contact. They are not going to miss out on any candidates who they are interested in and they also may be playing it closer to the best than other teams. Also a lot of what you are hearing right now is being put out there by agents and hard to know what is really true.
i might start to get concerned when one of the top candidates signs somewhere, until then if our gig is as good as some want to portray it, the good ones will wait at least a week or so. IMO.
ITs all just noise right now. They will get their coach.
