I don't see how you pick Gruden when Urban Meyer is available.
Gruden is toxic. It'll be a long time, if ever before he works in the NFL again.

He inherited someone else's assembled team and used it to beat his old team, whose weaknesses he knew. He never got close to repeating, and I think of him as the ultimate overhyped coach.
