Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

If he's Justin Herbert, nobody's going to care about that '25 1st...especially if the QBs you might "settle" for at 11 becomes the next Trey, Zach or Mac. Could they be wrong? Could it be reversed? Of course, but you have to trust your process.Thing is, what has Justin Herbert done for the Chargers? For all those who have bashed Kirko (not saying you MB) for having great stats and a single playoff win, seems they just have a younger, bigger version. Comes back to how does this franchise build the team. As we all know there's an 80% chance the QB draftee won't pan out and wind up on the pile of misfit toys.

How many of these kids had the DNA? But not the benefit of #1 or #3 (below). I suspect the % is high, especially among the shitty teams drafting in top 10 for QB's...
Flipping HC's, OC's, poor surrounds, no running games etc..
Franchises like the Jets are poster children for where qb's go to die.
Nature v Nurture:
1). How well did the team build the surround?
2). How much good, QB DNA is inherent in the Rook?
3). How well did the franchise coach/teach, evolve system to fit strengths and curate over time at the right rate?Is it possible that the 80% failure rate isnt because these kids aren't good?
But (maybe half of em??) got ruined by the franchise drafting em?
