Zimmer on Mond
Does Mike Zimmer want to see Kellen Mond next week in the season finale?

“Not particularly.”
Why?
“I see him everyday.”
You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it. — Robin Williams
I actually listened to him say this in the presser. He said he has seen him in practice. Obviously he is not ready but throw the fans a bone. Seriously? His attitude in the presser when he is a huge part of the problem is ridiculous.

He seems to have not liked Mond the minute he showed up, strange. It is that old school Buddy Ryan mentality where he would actually pit his defense vs his own offensive players. How much longer do we need to listen to this asshole....yes I am at asshole stage with Zimmer...not quit Les Steckel but getting closer every day. Let's see who he can throw under the bus next week and into the offseason.
Zimmer is still deflecting and making excuses. I am not seeing any personal accountability for what he is in charge of. He is coming across as controlling and arrogant and condescending. Like he doesn't even seem pissed about the loss, he seems pissed to have to answer questions. And of course losing sucks and yet part of your job is addressing the media, but his approach is wearing thin.

Cool Mike! We as fans very much look forward to another week of Mannion. Yippee!
Throwing a rookie under the bus is not a good look. It's disrespectful and unprofessional. And I know Mond is an adult, but I am not talking about hurt feelings here. I am talking about being mature and not petty. He is out of line here. He is wrong
I don't think Kellen Mond wants to see you next week either Zimmer, you dumbass.
Here is the simple truth, Zimmer hates any draft picks that plays on offense because all he wants is a terrific defense. He always think a defensive player offers more value.

If he can't see it or doesn't care then he needs to get the fuck out.

I know he has thrown players under the bus before but how many times can he do this before he loses the locker room? I just don't how much more the guys will fight for him. He is only fighting for certain people and the way he goes about it is ridiculous at times. He is not going to change at this point but there are other players that deserve a coach that will have their backs. I am so fucking over it.

You know that sack of crap that played tonight? Mannion? Yeah... He's better than you."
Just a prick thing to say, because it feels like he's shooting strays on the way out.
Regardless of what he believes (staying or going), it's a prick thing to say.
- If he thinks he's staying, he just blasted the confidence of his year two QB.
- If he thinks he's on the way out, he poisoned the well.
When we are losing or hovering around .500, it's condescending, insulting, and downright grating to watch.
I will be the first to say that I've given Zim a longer leash than most, and have been a fan of his pressers in the past, but at this point, his act has just worn thin.
And yet again why he shouldn't have been given the chance to play out the season. Most knew that this game wasn't likely going to end well, just as most have been able to see this team wasn't playoff caliber. He should have been shown the door long ago, but at a minimum, before he could do more damage.
Do fans want to see Zimmer coach next week?
Fans: “Not particularly.”
Why not?
Fans: “We see him every week.”
Its such a stupid and clueless response. Flippant. Stubborn and cranky.
Turn the fucking page on this guy.

When we're winning his act of grumpy old man who chews leather and spits nails is tolerable and somewhat endearing (in a "Can you believe Grandpa said that?" kind of way).

It's a dick move. You are supposed to be a leader of men, try being a fucking adult first.
